This year, the International Furniture Fair “ALBRELAX” opens its 9th edition.

More than 10 000 people visited the Palace of Congresses throughout the years, the venue where this event will again take place.

During the past 8 years “ALBRELAX” has been a powerful meeting location of all relevant entities that deal with wood and panel processing but also the furniture industry, interior design experts, businessmen, media and customer. Its promotion potential offers the possibility of presenting and embracing the technology innovations of the industry.

The furniture exhibited, with all accessories, are valuable products that create comfort in every environment such as houses, apartments, offices, hotels, restaurants, meeting halls, sports facilities etc. Consequently, this event has now become one of the most important economic activities of the year.

At the 2011 edition, the Albanian furniture producers officially announced the foundation of the Association of Wood Processors of Albania (AWPA) raising this year’s participation expectation; due to the economic development policies of the government and the financial aid from NGOs aiming to increase the income from this industry.
